Note: Besides being a traditional company, Century MLS Realty is also offering “Flat Fee MLS Service” to the public! Why? Because, we are a diverse company, and this allows us to help everyone, including “For Sale By Owner”, more efficiently. Further, we’ve adapted to the new trend in the real estate industry. We understand that not all home sellers have enough equity on their homes to pay a full real estate Commission to us. Some home sellers are capable of writing their own contract; all they need from us is MLS exposure, not full service. Subsequently, we only charge them a reasonable flat fee to list with us. When do we charge the “Flat Fee”? The fee is charged upfront, prior to listing the property on “GAMLS/Realtor.com” etc. We use forms that are different from those provided by Instant form/GAMLS for such transactions/service.
